Patrick H. Ford,
ISHC, CCIM, is President and Founder of Lodging Econometrics,
the Global Authority for Hotel Real Estate, overseeing and
directing all research, industry-wide analysis and marketing
operations of the company. |

Mr. Ford is the author of LE's widely read and respected
quarterly
Lodging
Development Forecast & Trends Report a strategic
planning newsletter issued quarterly to Wall Street analysts
and corporate lodging executives, and has
written extensively for Lodging Magazine where
he is a contributing editor. He frequently speaks at lodging
industry and investment conferences on the subject of
lodging real estate trends.
Recently, for the second year in a row, Mr. Ford was honored
by the American Hotel & Lodging Association as one of the
top 75 leaders in the Lodging Industry. |

Mr. Ford
plays a leadership role in the annual selection of the
“Development Project of the Year” award given annually at
America's Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS). He chairs the
selection committee that evaluates numerous development
project candidates and selects finalists for nomination. The
award showcases the year’s most impressive new hotel
project, honoring its Developer and citing the contributions
of his Development Team, including the Architect, Designer,
Contractor/Project Manager and Purchasing Agent. |

Bruce A. Ford
is Senior Vice President of Sales and in his role has been responsible for the growth
of Lodging Econometrics as a nationally recognized source of
Sales Leads for Vendors. He initiated LE’s Call
Management Program (CMP), which targets important Prospects
in the LE database and merges them into any company’s call
management system. He specializes in designing CMPs for
Vendors, traveling extensively to meet with Home Office
Marketing Teams and Field Staff to develop customized
programs to their specifications. He works with the American
Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) to provide Sales Leads
and consulting services to its Allied Members. He also
serves on the Allied Member Executive Committee within
AH&LA. |

Shawn Ford, CHA
is Vice
President of Sales and one of LE’s principal consultants
specializing in Sales Leads. He works with clients to design
customized Sales Leads marketing programs for Field Sales
Reps. With 13 years experience as Director of Operations for
a hotel management company and as a former General Manager
of many hotels, he is uniquely qualified to assist Vendors
who do business with the Lodging Industry. He has
considerable experience interacting with Vendors and
Suppliers in the course of contracting for products and
services for his hotels. |

Timothy M. Ford is Vice
President and Director of Research Operations for LE. He is
responsible for directing the team of research specialists
who identify and report the details for every New Hotel
Construction Reflagging and Announced Renovation project
across the country. His team maintains regular contact with
Developers and Contractor/Project Managers, recording the
all-important Construction Start and Scheduled Completion
Dates for each project along with the stage of development.
Ford and his research staff revisit and update each project
every quarter, adding all new project announcements, and
removing all inactive projects, cancellations and
postponements. Each Sales Lead record is then re-verified
with over 95 hotel brand managers. Overall, the staff
monitors over 3,000 Planned New Hotel Development projects
as well as the Names of Owners and of over 45,000 Open
and Operating Hotels. |
